Program Description
What is the responsibility of school when it comes to student access, records and information issues involving children of divorced or separated parents?  What actions should schools take in the face of a parental custody battle seemingly about tho take place on the campus?  These are dilemmas that face many school administrators and leave many searching for the correct LEGAL answers.
