Program Description
This informative workshop will discuss a variety of topics pertinent to life claims adjudication in today’s environment. Focus will be placed on pending claims, escheatment, claim documentation, fast track claim handling, acceptance of non-certified death certificates, waiving of death certificates, and issues encountered with key man insurance products. Experienced experts will discuss IOLI, SOLI, COLI, products (Investor Owned Life Insurance, Stranger Owned Life Insurance and Company Owned Life Insurance), with a focus on insurable interest.
