David Hodgins will lead the breakout session "Special Education Discipline under IDEA 2004 and Final Regulations."

Presentation Description
This session provides a legal overview of special education procedures related to student discipline. This session covers the 10 day rule, what counts as a day, MDR process along with practical illustrations
