Lynn Rossi Scott, along with three other experienced members of the Texas Council of School Attorneys, will present a special half-day conference on school construction issues to administrators and school attorneys.

Program Description
In a groundbreaking effort spanning almost three years, the presenters have joined forces to create model revisions to the standard AIA construction contracts specifically to benefit school districts.  Written by school lawyers for school districts, these amendments will truly improve a district's ability to provide excellent educational facilities in the most cost-effective manner.  In addition to the committee's in-depth explanation of contract amendments, knowledgeable  speakers will also present sessions on construction insurance and financing.
