Program Description
In this comprehensive two-part session, learn how to capitalize on the second lien market. Understand the key differences among various classes of junior secured debt-Term B, Term C, Second Lien, Last-Out, Reciprocal Lien, Secured Mezzanine, and Secured Bonds. Determine the effect second line debt is having on the mezzanine market and which one is correct for your deal.

Credit Information
Upon conclusion, this program will be submitted for review and approval to the NY State Board of CLE.  Approval decision time frame from NY State CLE Board is approximately 24-36 weeks.  Certificates will be sent upon receipt of approval.
