Bracewell & Giuliani’s San Antonio, Texas, office was formed in 1999. The office provides clients with full-service legal counsel, with particular emphasis on labor and employment, litigation, real estate, energy, finance and water law.
The San Antonio Summer Associate program lasts for six weeks. Students are given assignments from key, participating practice areas, including the Labor & Employment, Litigation, and Real Estate, Energy & Finance groups. Summer Associates work on real client matters, side-by-side with experienced attorneys, and are given opportunities to attend depositions, trials, hearings and client meetings that arise during their assignments.
Located on San Antonio’s scenic Riverwalk, Bracewell is an integral part of the San Antonio business, cultural and civic communities. For example, the firm represents many of the city’s professional sports teams, attractions such as Sea World, and a number of the Riverwalk hotel properties. We encourage our Summer Associates to learn as much as they can about their colleagues, the firm and San Antonio during their time with us. To accomplish this, we sponsor a number of events each summer, which may include informal lunches, sailing regattas, bowling parties, professional sport events, river-barge dinners, Texas Hold ‘Em parties, attorney dinners and participation in a Houston retreat, among others.
