Bracewell & Giuliani

Bracewell & Giuliani opened its Dallas office in 1989. In September 2006, the office moved to the new, I.M. Pei-designed Fountain Place, one of the most iconic features of the Dallas skyline. This new location provides state-of-the-art technology, meeting facilities and a full-service business center, all of which enable our clients and attorneys to conduct business effectively and efficiently.

Our Dallas-based lawyers serve national and multinational corporations, municipalities and universities. We have particular experience representing financial-services companies, telecommunications providers, and public and private educational institutions in all areas of banking, finance, real estate, litigation, labor and employment, bankruptcy and restructuring, corporate, and public and school law.The Dallas Summer Associate program lasts for six weeks. In order to help students make more informed career decisions, Summer Associates are given assignments from a range of the firm’s key practice areas. Summer Associates work on real client matters, side-by-side with experienced attorneys, and are given opportunities to attend depositions, trials, hearings and client meetings that arise during their assignments.

The Dallas office has a strong tradition of collegiality and professional excellence. We work on a first-name basis and with an open-door policy, believing that this helps create an ideal atmosphere for learning at every level.

We encourage our Summer Associates to learn as much as they can about their colleagues, the firm and the Dallas area during their time with us. To accomplish this, we sponsor a number of events each summer, which welcome dinners, cooking classes, baseball games, summer musicals and theater performances, movie outings and daily lunches with partners and associates.
