Kevin O'Connor will speak at the Law Library dedication in the honor of the late Thomas J. Meskill at the University of Connecticut School of Law . 

Meskill was a 1956 graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law.  He served as the Governor of the State of Connecticut (1971-1975) and as Judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit (1975-2007).
