We are pleased to announce Michael B. Morrissey of Inverness Graham Investments as the speaker at our April Private Equity Breakfast.

Mr. Morrissey is the principal & director of business development for Inverness Graham Investments. His responsibilities include sourcing and assessing investment opportunities, coordinating financial and operational due diligence, negotiating acquisition and financing transactions and working with management teams post-acquisition. Mr. Morrissey also directs Inverness Graham's business development efforts.

Mr. Morrissey previously served as the vice president of business development with Boston-based Audax Group, a $1 billion private equity firm that manages both a leveraged buyout and a mezzanine debt fund. He also served as a strategy consultant in Bain & Company's private equity practice. Before joining Bain, Mr. Morrissey was an entrepreneur who raised start-up capital and co-founded a multi-location consumer products manufacturer. Prior to the start-up, he operated and sold a hardware products business.

Mr. Morrissey received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
