Private Equity Breakfast
Tue, 11/09/2010
Texas
This invitation-only event is intended for investors and those who provide equity and debt financing in private equity financing or are actively involved in facilitating transactions.
We are pleased to announce Timothy Nelson of Saw Mill Capital Partners as the speaker at our November Private Equity Breakfast.
Mr. Nelson joined Saw Mill Capital in 2003. Previously, Mr. Nelson was with CIVC Partners in Chicago, where he focused on control investments of middle-market manufacturing and business services companies. While there, he completed new transactions and add-on acquisitions, and assisted portfolio companies with post-closing strategic and corporate development activities. Before joining CIVC, he was an investment banker at William Blair & Company, a Midwest bank that handles middle-market mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and other corporate finance transactions. Mr. Nelson graduated with an M.B.A. in Strategic and Operations Management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Illinois.
We look forward to the continued success of our Private Equity Breakfasts and hope you will join us on November 9.
