We are pleased to announce Timothy J. MacKenzie and Benjamin W. Yarbrough of Merit Capital Partners as the speakers at our February Private Equity Breakfast.  

Mr. Mackenzie is the managing director of Merit Capital Partners. He joined Merit in 1993 in conjunction with the closing and initial investing of Fund I. Mr. Mackenzie was previously a Senior Vice President of Fiduciary Capital, an investment advisor to two publicly raised mezzanine funds located in Milwaukee. Mr. Mackenzie received his M.B.A. from the University of Illinois and a B.A. from Northwestern University in 1980. He received the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst in 1990.

Mr.Yarbrough joined Merit in 2008. He was previously a Consultant at Marakon Associates, a boutique strategy consulting firm based in New York City and London serving global Fortune 200 clients. While at Marakon, Mr.Yarbrough worked across various industries, including healthcare, financial services and consumer products. He received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.  Mr.Yarbrough earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
