LES PDS 200: Essential Principles & Tools of Licensing: Living with the Deal

Jeff Whittle will co-present PDS 204: "Living With the Deal."
Participants will critique the deals negotiated in previous classes and compare how their deal results are different. They learn how to maintain post-license relationships, how business processes affect agreement management, and how to create and follow a contract management plan. Principles of dispute resolution are also discussed.
