Program Description
In this comprehensive two-part session, learn how to capitalize on the second lien market. Understand the key differences among various classes of junior secured debt-Term B, Term C, Second Lien, Last-Out, Reciprocal Lien, Secured Mezzanine, and Secured Bonds. Determine the effect second line debt is having on the mezzanine market and which one is correct for your deal.
