Please join us to hear Patty Robertson discuss this newly created position, which will prosecute environmental cases throughout the state of Texas. Ms. Robertson is an experienced white collar crime prosecutor who has served in the Travis County District Attorney's Office for over 20 years.
The Travis County District Attorney's Office has worked with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the Texas Environmental Task Force since 1994 to investigate and prosecute environmental crimes throughout the state. To bolster these enforcement efforts, Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg, in cooperation with TCEQ, recently announced the creation of this new environmental crimes prosecutor position.
