Kevin O'Connor will present, "Public Service in Turbulent Times: An Insider’s Perspective of the Dismissal of U.S. Attorneys."
O’Connor will share his experiences and perspective of the controversial dismissal of U.S. Attorneys as well as his unique insights of the inner workings of the Justice Department. After serving for more than five years as Connecticut’s United States Attorney, O’Connor was nominated and confirmed to serve as the Associate Attorney General of the United States, the third-ranking position at the Department of Justice. During his recent government service, O'Connor also served as Chief of Staff to the United States Attorney General and Associate Deputy Attorney General of the United States.
