29th Annual Fundamentals of Municipal Bond Law Seminar

This year's seminar offers a series of supplemental sessions specifically tailored for more experienced finance professionals or those who have previously attended NABL Fundamentals Seminar.
At this year's seminar Derrick Mitchell will speak on "Role of Underwriter's Counsel" and "Due Diligence and Drafting the Disclosure Documents."
Learn the building blocks of municipal finance and gain basic knowledge of state, tax and securities laws issues in municipal finance during the primary sessions below.
- Wednesday, April 16 - Two primary sessions designated to provide a foundation of practical skills and techniques and an understanding of the basic structural elements and financial aspects of municipal financing.
- Thursday, April 17 - The seminar will offer four primary sessions, comencing with a two-part session on federal tax law issues, followed by sessions addressing state law and roles of counsel, securities law and derivative transactions.
The seminar offers the opportunity to earn up to 14 hours of CLE credit, including up to two hours of ethics credit.
