NOTICE TO LEGAL SEARCH FIRMS: Legal search firms that wish to present non-partner candidates to Bracewell & Giuliani LLP must do so through the Recruiting Contact, and will be expected to sign Bracewell & Giuliani's fee agreement before we interview their candidates. Search firm that (1) do not introduce a candidate through the appropriate Recruiting Contact, and/or (2) submit a candidate's resume for which there is no position listed below, will not be recognized by Bracewell & Giuliani LLP for purposes of "ownership" of the candidate. Seeking associate candidate(s) at the senior to mid-level (Classes 2004 through 2009) with directly applicable experience representing public companies, investors and underwriters in capital markets transactions and other registered and unregistered offerings of debt and equity securities, merger and acquisition transactions, and corporate and financing transactions

Qualifications:
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and large law firm experience. Ideal prospects will show excellent grades from competitive law schools and hands on representation of public company clients.

Experience:
Seeking associate candidate at the mid-level (Class of 2007, 2008, 2009) with a BS in Chemical or Chemical Engineering. A Masters or PhD in Chemical Engineering helpful but not required. Position requires extensive patent prosecution experience/skills preferably in the energy field. Other experience in intellectual property transaction work, including licenses, due diligence, patent, trademark, and copyright applications and prosecution before respective government agencies, investigations, opinions, and client counseling helpful but not required. Candidate must be licensed to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.

Qualifications:

Seeking patent agent for Austin or Houston office. Ideal candidate will have a PhD in Computer Science and have three or more years of patent prosecution experience in the areas of electronics, software, semiconductors, telecommunications. Candidates with a PhD in Computer or Electrical Engineering will also be considered.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and comparable experience. Ideal prospects will show excellent grades from competitive schools.
