Through the LSAT Preparation Inclusion Scholarship and the Law Preview Scholarship, Bracewell works to increase the pool of racially and ethnically diverse legal candidates.

At Bracewell, women are involved in every facet of the firm's leadership, serving as section heads, committee chairs and members of the management committee. To support women in their legal careers and management activities, the firm has instituted the Women in the Law Recruiting Committee and the Women Lawyers Program.
