Bracewell & Giuliani was proud to be a platinum sponsor of the University of Texas Asian Law Student Association's (ALSA) end-of-year banquet and alumni dinner on April 10, 2010. The event offered members of ALSA the opportunity to network and socialize with their peers, as well as alumni. Through the event, ALSA worked to cultivate relationships between attorneys and law students, with the goal of strengthening ties within the Asian legal community.

ALSA strives to create a network of law students and alumni that can provide support to those in law school. Support provided by ALSA can be as basic as workshops on studying tips and course registration. However, the group also works to develop legal skills and interests through mentoring programs, conferences, guest lectures, and career panels. The University of Texas chapter of ALSA creates a community for Asian students and alumni while bridging the gap between the school and the legal world.
