On Friday, March 26, 2010 the American Heart Association's (AHA) San Antonio chapter held its annual Heart Ball. Bracewell & Giuliani LLP generously sponsored the yearly event. The money raised at the Heart Ball provides funding for biomedical research and ongoing educational programs.

The American Heart Association is a national voluntary health agency whose mission is: "Building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke." Since 1924, the San Antonio AHA chapter has been a part of the community by working in local schools, hospitals, community centers and city hall to provide critical research dollars and educational and outreach programs.
