Attorney Stephanie Song Participates in the Fourteenth Annual Asian Pacific Interest Section Conference and Retreat

On Saturday April 17, 2010, Bracewell attorney Stephanie Song spoke on a career panel for the Fourteenth Annual Asian Pacific Interest Section Conference and Retreat. Bracewell & Giuliani LLP was proud to be a sponsor of the three-day retreat in Austin, Texas. Ms. Song was one of three panelists to provide advice during a session entitled "Career Advice for Law School and Young Associates."

Formed in 1995, the Asian Pacific Interest Section of the State Bar of Texas provides a state-wide organization to advocate and promote the professional interests of lawyers of and interested in Asian Pacific American heritage, community and culture. The annual retreat is their cornerstone event that aims to bring lawyers together to network and to discuss issues pertaining to the Asian Pacific American community.

Ms. Song's practice consists primarily of the representation of large commercial banks in connection with syndicated credit facilities to borrowers in a wide variety of industries with a particular emphasis on leveraged buyouts, secured asset-based loans and the financing of oil and gas and oilfield services acquisitions.
